NIET Director of Grant ManagementThe Director of Grant Management will provide oversight and management of the NIET Teacher Incentive Fund (TIF) program. TIF is designed to support states and districts in changing the way teachers and principals are supported, evaluated, promoted and compensated. It represents one of the most far-reaching changes in teacher quality policy in decades. The position will be based in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
NIET Support ManagerThe Support Manager position provides administrative, technology and logistical support for all aspects of NIET's products, systems and senior leadership to include the TAP System Training Portal, the Best Practices Center, online applications and event management. This position will be located in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
NIET Senior Program SpecialistThe Senior Program Specialist position supports all aspects of NIET activities with the implementation and management of the TAP System and the Best Practices Center, to include trainings, partnership support, TAP school review and evaluation, and projects as assigned such as serving as the primary director of federal grants or projects (e.g. Teacher Incentive Fund, Supporting Effective Educators Development grant, etc.). This position will be directed by the Chief Executive Officer or his designee.
NIET Research AssistantThe Research Assistant position will support all aspects of the NIET research activities. This position is based in Santa Monica, California.
